Just stayed overnight, the room was very pleasant, bed comfy. The noise from road traffic a little loud. The bathroom was on the small side. IF you were of a rather large size, no chance of getting in and out let alone turning around! But it was a very reasonably price stay, breakfast, staff, and lounge was brilliant. Will return....

I booked a couple of nights for my mum and I as we wanted to explore Bournemouth. The hotel was easy to find, the parking was adequate although cars were double parking on day two due to coaches parking on-site taking a lot of space! We thought the building was great downstairs - bar area, sitting area and restaurant. The...

So me and my boyfriend stayed here for two nights, for a very reasonable price, of £36 each inc breakfast:) .. When first arrived didn't think much of the building, once checked in, went to our room! Which was a spacious room, very clean! The shower wasn't very powerful, the bed was soooo comfy! Just sink in to the mattress...

The staff are really nice and the one thing that did surprise me was the food was very good which I was expecting not to be, the waiters very friendly and attentive. The room was clean and tidy and couldn't ask for more for a 3 star. Good location for being near town but not in the middle of it...

A basic inexpensive place to stay. Reminded me of fawlty towers (the decor). Smallest lift in the world and most underpowered shower ever. Having no wifi in your room was a bit of a pain too! But it was clean and they do a good breakfast!

We stayed just one night whilst visiting family and at the price we weren't expecting much but were pleasantly surprised by this family run hotel. Clean bright rooms, sumptuous beds and the breakfast alone was worth a visit. Beverages were served at the table whilst you helped yourself to a buffet style breakfast but, should you have fancied a kipper/poached...

Thank goodness breakfast was included in the price because £10.00 is a rip off. Cheap yoghurts, poor cereal choice and the tea was not very nice. Hard fried eggs, overcooked bacon, undercooked tomato, deep fried mushrooms and fried bread = yuck + indigestion. Beds far too soft and very bouncy. Double glazing knackered and even though we had a room...

We held my mothers wake here. I can honestly say it was perfect. The food, a lunchtime buffet, was excellent, fresh, tasty and delicious. The wine very reasonable, the service excellent, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff at a very difficult time outstanding. A perfect venue. Thank you to all, and especially Danielle who managed the whole thing.

Stayed here as part of a group weekend break. The hotel rooms are looking a bit tired with the general plumbing leaving a bit to be desired. The breakfast lacks choice, no fresh fruit and only a choice of hot breakfast on the Sunday. Saturday was full English only. Dinners were ok but only a choice of 3 mains. The...

Avoid room 121!! It's a tiny twin room with a window that couldn't be opened (this was the weekend of summer with high temperatures). Reported to reception who responded with nothing could be done until Monday as maintenance didn’t work at weekends. We were given a fan which was absolutely filthy. The toilet seat was broken, the bath disgusting –...
