Pros - staff that attended us in reception and restaurant are really nice. Cons - everything else. We needed a couple of extra pillows as we were 3 and Magda (she answered the phone) was really rude with me over the phone, but I went to reception and they provided them. Everything was dirty, mold everywhere, and the worst the...

Stayed at this Hotel for two nights all I can say is this Hotel must be made out of cardboard one could hear everything in the next room, two floors down and if you were unfortunate to not be on the top floor above you as well. My first evening I had the pleasure of being involved, whether I wanted...

Booked here last minute as only hotel I could find. I was pretty skeptical about the £24 room but went ahead, a mistake Arrived and nearly crashed my car as it turns out, you can park wherever you like in the car park and the white lines are irrelevant. Also, you have to pay £3 for the privilege too! The...

Really to be honest you wouldn't stay here if you wanted the bees knees of hotels! But tbh for £20 a night you really do get good value for money, the only thing I'd say is the shower was a bit low and I couldn't really fit under it!

We spent three nights at the hotel and was very comfortable, clean and close to the sea and the city center. the staff were very kind and polite, especially the waiter Pedro that would look very good in the reception!

Visiting from USA. 2nd time and same as the first. If I could do 1/2 star I would. If you value sleep don't book this hotel. It is in need of a serious revamp but the reception staff needs to learn manners. When the police are called at 2am, don't tell me that "there is no noise in my hotel...

Stayed here for a two night break recently. On arrival staff seemed ok lifts to rooms tiny. We were on the 4th floor. Room very basic and tired looking. Carpet stained. Bedding clean although pillows flat and quilt quite thin but heating on and room lovely and warm. Bathroom again tired but clean, towels were put on windowsill so as...

On arrival our check in was very efficient and our room (409) was what we had requested - an upper room well away from the lifts. The room was large and clean although overdue a refurbishment. That is the only negative about the entire stay. The bathroom was excellent with loads of hot water and very clean. We had breakfast...

This is a budget hotel so I have rated it on that basis. We booked a 4 night break on a bed breakfast and evening meal basis with entertainment each evening and 2 for 1 bar for less than £100 even so we were a little apprehensive after reading some of the reviews. However we were pleasantly surprised we had...
