Front desk was efficient but lacked the "warm welcome" feeling. The room rate was brilliant. Costs are kept down by charging for extras, such as car parking and WiFi, but as with the low-cost airlines, if you choose the basic option, a stay here represents excellent value. My room was warm, clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and...

Please look at the photos of this place. The damp and dirt are real - there is a smell to match. Every time we visit Bournemouth we check out that this hovel is still open. Even if it is cheap, it is not worth the risks. It remains the same. We could not stay here, and left, once again.

I stayed at The Croham having been let down by a friend to share a cab home. For the price I am thoroughly impressed with the hotel. Clean, tidy and friendly. You won't find better for the price. It is centrally located so ideal for anyone visiting Bournemouth. I took the chance to run along the beachfront which is a...

I spent 4 nights in a single room here while visiting family and I was extremely comfortable. The whole place was clean and attractive. All staff were very pleasant and went out of their way to be helpful. Breakfast was good, exactly what I wanted, and all in all, it was very good value. A very decent 3 star hotel.

Me and two other friends stayed in room 306. It had a double bed and a single bed in. We were prewarned about this before we booked which we were ok about. Also parking charges applied which we were told before we booked as well. The room was a decent size for us and had a bath with a shower...

we had booked the room through a booking website and the cost was £45 including the breakfast for both of us, on arrival we had to swipe the card the room was booked on which we found unusual because we were going to pay cash, on reading the small print the charge was going to be taken from the card...
