Loved the personal touch - from the warm friendly welcome to catering for a dark chocolate eater! Advice on what to do around the place, where to eat. Chocolate fountain a bonus. Great value for money. Highly recommended

Stayed here for one night. This hotel is a good choice, good size rooms very comfortable bef and fluffy towels. Chocolate in the room plus tea and coffee and free patking. Great breakfast. We looked at staying at Marriott but they did not offer tea and coffee in the room or free parking or of course the free chocolate. We...

We have recently returned from a weekend away with 16 close friends at this fun chocolate themed hotel. As a large group, who go away together for a weekend each year, it's always a bonus to be able to find somewhere to accommodate all of us and the staff and facilities at the hotel were all good. Our chocolate themed...

Really enjoyed our stay & the chocolate theme. Our suite was lovely & spacious with a large comfortable bed, excellent facilities for coffee etc. En-suite had large & efficient shower. Breakfast very good. A few cosmetics need keeping an eye on but would definitely stay again.

From the second you spot the beautiful building by the huge sign outside, you get a sense of your stay, the hotel is grand and beautiful! We parked our very long Audi with ease in the car park, off road and safely tucked away. As we climbed the steps and entered the foyer we were struck by the beauty and...

I booked a night at the Chocolate Boutique Hotel for myself and Husband for our wedding anniversary. Upon arrival we had an absolute nightmare trying to park. There was a party at the hotel so no room. Had to wait about for people to leave as there is nowhere else nearby to leave the car. Lovely, friendly welcome from staff....

One hour was too long at this establishment - Avoid at all Costs! Rude and arrogant owner - we left about one hour after arriving and were refused any kind of refund. The owners thought that our opinion didn't count. How very accommodating of him, or maybe not?! This is NOT a hotel. It's a B&B with owners who seek...
