Had an overnight stay at the Eastbury on our way to Devon. On arrival the receptionist was very friendly and helpful, explaining where the car park was and how to get there, also advising to leave our bags by the steps at the back of reception as our room was in the courtyard at the rear of the hotel. On...

Our daughters kindly gave us an overnight stay, with tasting menu, for Christmas and it was a most enjoyable experience. The hotel is very near the Abbey and although rather uninspiring from the outside, a warm welcome awaited us on arrival. The rooms are named after flowers or trees, not numbered, which gave a more personal feel and although our...

What a lovely place. Clean, tidy and deceivingly large. Staff were all very welcoming and helpful and our room was just lovely. As requested, they'd followed by request for a special drinks celebration. What was really exceptional however was the seven course dinner. Each course was beautifully presented and just the right size for so many course. We choose to...

Attractyed by the Secret Escapes overnight tasting menu with B&B. Arrived early, was able to utilise the hotel's secluded car park and have a wander. Sherbourne is a very attractive town and only a 5 min walk from the hotel. Visited the Abbey and gardens opposite the station and also The Global Image Gallery on Hound St with wonderful photos...

We have stayed at the Eastbury 3 times and every time it has been excellent. There are rooms of different standards but they are all very comfortable with large beds and a very good bathroom with a very nice shower. The food is excellent, and the breakfast is the best we have had in a hotel. A wide range of...

We had a large bed, and a bath behind a screen as well as a modern shower in the bathroom. Our seven course tasting menu was delicious, and breakfast also very good with a...

We booked through secret escapes and upgraded to superior rooms. We were in Yew, in the garden, and it was great - lots of space, comfy bed and good bathroom with over bath shower. It was also very quiet situated where it was. We were not able to access Wifi in this room but could do so in the lounge...

We booked via Secret Escapes for a one night stay and the seven course tasting menu and wine flight - both of which exceeded expectations. Our modern bedroom was very good and and the bathroom was great too. Without exception the staff were all charming and this morning's breakfast was excellent - what a treat not to have pre-cooked food...
