We stayed here for 4 nights in May.(3 friends from Benoni South Africa)We were made to feel so welcome as soon as we entered the door!!! From our first day till last Claire made us feel very welcome nothing was too much trouble.The breakfast was huge with a good selection.The bedroom clean & very comfortable.The position of this B&B is ideal 5 minutes walk to shops,pubs & beach,2minutes walk to steam train & buses.The extra touches like wine cooler in room made for a very pleasant... We were greeted very warmly by host Claire who immediately offered us a welcome cup of tea. Our room was delightfully decorated, with very comfy bed. Breakfasts excellent & on the morning of my husband's birthday he was presented with a bottle of wine, card & not forgetting the sparkler in the sausage!! We had a very good stay,other ammenities... Have just returned from Robertsbrook guest house and was delighted with everything from the warm welcome claire gives you to the excellent service nothing is too much trouble, the rooms have everything you could wish for spotlessly clean, comfy bed, good quality bed linen and towels. My husband and I have just returned from a 3 night stay at Robertsbrook. I can't praise this B&B enough! My wife and I were booked in the Robertsbrook for a nostalgic 58th Wedding Anniversary in December but had to cancel due to a family illness. We were able to rebook for April and am I glad we we did. We have stayed in Swanage lots of times but needed to find somewhere different to stay. Having read reviews about the Robertsbrrok guest house we booked a 2 night stay. We had a one night stay here on 27th feb 2013. when we arrived we were met by Claire and were upgraded to the penthouse room.
