We've visted several times for drinks, and consider it well worth the drive from our home in Poole. Today we had cream teas with fresh, light, fruit scones. Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. There was a lovely view from the comfortable, spacious lounge of Swanage bay. We will dine in the restaurant when we return with family next month.

We loved our stay at the Pines, even if the weather was not so cooperative! The staff are so friendly and helpful, the breakfast and view is superb, the area is outstanding, we are looking forward to coming back again, thank you!

This Hotel is set in one of the most beautiful spot in Swanage. Although it is a little expensive for anyone like myself set on a 45 days trip around UK, at the end it proved to be worth. As I said nice setting good and comfortable rooms. Good Dinners and breakfast.

The Pines Hotel is rather 'old fashion' or 'classic English'. I consider it as 'flat' and 'highly predictable'. The menu of the restaurant is not inspiring at all. The breakfast is rather poor. Finally, we got the feeling that we paid 50% for the terrific view. But, keep in mind that you can easily enjoy that view if you take...
