Beautiful boutique hotel in Gegency Square. The rooms are exquisitely decorated and despite a lively bar downstairs was nice and quiet. Breakfast was delicious with really fresh produce. Definitely worth another visit

A great, comfortable, fun alternative to the usual bland corporate hotels. Stayed here on a business trip to Brighton and it put a smile on my face from the moment I walked through the door and it's vibrant atmosphere and entered my room with the radio on to make it feel less soleless and more homely. Excellent breakfast too.

Although it comes with its pitfalls, being in a long distance relationship is a great opportunity to plan wee getaways so my boyfriend and I decided to travel from Glasgow and Cardiff respectively to meet in Brighton for a long weekend. As soon as my boyfriend sent me the link to the hotel I a few days before our trip...

During our stay at the Artist residence in February, we really felt at home. It was a real pleasure to stay there. The room was quite small but so comfortable (good mattress, cool music, ...)! The bathroom was nice with a great rain-shower. We chose a room with a view and we haven't been disappointed, we could see the sea...

My wife and I stayed here for a night recently and had a lovely room overlooking Regency Square. The room was smart, spacious and had everything we needed. The breakfast was fab and we'll be returning! Well Done!

Stayed for one night with my husband. Had a fabulous lunch in the cafe downstairs, best meal of our trip. Our room was lovely and quirky and fully of naughty snacks. A bit pricey but would go back. Great service. Great for a romantic break. I think the couple in the room above ours thought so too!! 😀

The Artist Residence attempts to provide everything to make your stay in Brighton a great one. Even down to the unique and novel alarm (clock)/system guaranteed to wake you up in the morning. On the first morning of our stay at roughly 6.45am we were rudely awoken by the familiar sounds of the Refuse collectors just below our window -...

I have fallen in love. This hotel is wonderfully quirky, stylish, friendly, and hospitable. My husband and I were here for just one night but we will return with fond memories of good food, romantic music, and welcoming staff. Thank you Brighton for your welcoming heart.

If you're heading to Brighton for work or play, the Artist Residence is the place to stay! Cool, quirky and refreshingly relaxed for a 'trendy' townhouse hotel. The atmosphere in the evening is great and I can highly recommend the cocktails at The Curious Mr Hanbury. Breakfast was great, we ate out in the evening but The Set restaurant and...
