My partner and I booked this hotel for our 3 day 2 night trip to Brighton. We booked a superior double room (I think it was called the Hanover room) and it was unbeatable. The room was spacious, had a huge and comfy bed, a couch, complimentary wine and our room had a little balcony that you could go out...

A great little guest house, tired in some places but due to the turnaround of guests it's to be expected, lots of stairs do not for the weary or faint hearted, breakfast was excellent too. Staff were helpful and very polite. As Brighton is a busy/popular little town noise is to be expected too, however not a major problem.

We stayed here as a family – my Portuguese girlfriend and I and our and 18-month-old son – on something of a budget (with our two nights in Brighton preceding a dash around the country to see friends and relatives) and couldn't have been happier. We had a great room – spacious, clean, accommodating – on the first floor with...

A first class stay in this room Hotel in the heart of Brighton. Just two min walk to the sea front and only 7 mins walk to the famous Lanes of Brighton. The staff were very friendly and professional. Nothing was a problem. Would definitely stay here again

I will preface my review by saying we normally stay at another B&B in Brighton, which is our absolute favourite, but they only had availability for our first night and we chose here for our second night so it would have been hard for the Kempfield to exceed our expectations. As anticipated, it didn't. The location is great, in a...

We stayed here as a couple and were on the second floor. The B&B was very warm all the time and we couldn't see any air conditioning so we opened the window quite a lot, but it was very noisy at night! We didn't sleep well the first night but it got a bit better the last two nights. I'd...

This is a great Guest House, in the center of Brighton. Great location for access to the beach/pier, nightlife and the shops. The center of town and the Lanes are just a few minutes walk away. Free Wifi was a pleasant surprise, as was the fridge in the room with complementary bottled water and drinks. Room was clean and comfortable,...

The hotel is in the perfect location, seconds until you are on the seafront & more importantly a few minutes walk from the bars & restaurants. The parking permits you get given from the hotel (upon request) are valid for 24 hours and cost £10, we were fortunate to get a space directly opposite the hotel & remained parked there...

This is a lovely Guest House close to all the main facilities Brighton has to offer. We stayed in a superior room which was very comfortable. The staff are first class. Breakfast is great with a good choice. This is our second visit here and we definately hope to return. Excellent Italian Restaurant across the road where on production of...
