The Oriental is the place where you would wonder why you should go back to your own life instead of spending the rest of your life here. The cozy B&B is run by a team of cool and warm young people with excellence taste in arts, foods, and music. Whether you are in Brighton for a quiet walk on the...

The perfect B&B stay. There were nice touches in the room, like an amply stocked tea caddy and snacks, and an aromatherapy candle. Breakfast was delicious, and served in a cute sitting area. There are also free drinks during the day, and a bar available in the evening. The room was a little small but that's okay, what with all...

on arrival, we were offered tea or coffee [complimentary], then shown to our room, up all 71 steps!! as we were in the 'attic' room during the weekend of storm 'Angus'. ALL staff were tentative to our needs. although the windows rattled a little bit on the first night, which was resolved with a bit of newspaper, you could normally...

We booked this fantastic hotel / B&B just a couple of days prior after a last minute decision to have a night out in Brighton & couldn't have been more pleased! Delightful little boutique hotel with wonderful refreshing, homely atmosphere. The staff could not have been more friendly, the room was fantastic - large & with all the facilities you...

We stayed for one night and had the room on the top floor. When we arrived we were made a fresh pot of coffee in the downstairs bar/dining area which was a lovely touch. The staff could not have been more helpful, carrying our bag up all 71 stairs to our room and recommending parking. The room was not huge,...

Me and my Mam had a one night stay at the Oriental Hotel. The hotel was clean, loved the twin room we stayed in, greeted with a basket full of crisps and chocolates, very comfortable, breakfast was amazing set us up for the whole day, staff were very helpful. I would definitely come back to this hotel book now

What a great and quirky hotel! We loved the added extras - l'occitane toiletries, sweets and crisps, mini sewing kit and essentials for overnight stays - and the bed was so very comfy! We stayed on the 4th floor and I did get a little out of puff at the beginning of our stay, but less so at the end...

I visited Brighton in October and booked the oriental as it was central. we arrived on a Friday and could not get the door open as it was so heavy, after using the intercom, we were told to push hard. not the best when you are trying to manoeuvre in with your cases! we were put into room 1, overall...
