I visited new madeira hotel for a couple of days relaxing trip In Brighton. The hotel looked warm, clean and the room was comfortable. No extra cost was applied to me for a double room even if I was alone. Staff friendly, polite and helpful. I will visit again the hotel for the next trip.

Without any doubt this was the worst hotel experience we've ever encountered. Without doubt the most tired, noisy and uncomfortable night. The management do not care and are happy to take your booking without providing what you require. In fact we were lied to and given a room directly above the nightclub, despite having email confirmation that we would be...

Stayed here whilst on a stag do, and rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable, and overlooks the sea. Breakfast was nice and had a good selection or food and drinks, staff were friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again 👍🏻

How they have the cheek to charge £261 for 1 room is beyond me. The bathroom was TINY for 3 people. The décor is awful, the carpet is vile. The TV was the size of an iPAD and nobody could see it. No fridge The room was clean though and it does have a nice view. The worst part was...

Stayed here for one night with 19other ladies for a hen do. Excellent position on the sea front, close to pier and town. We had a variety of rooms, triples, quads and singles, all in good condition, clean and tidy. All came with tv,tea and coffee making. Breakfast was very good and plenty of it. We left our cases with...

Very noisy from night club until early hours of the morning. Was not asked if we had had a good night which we felt was because they knew what we would have said .It was not clear when I booked that there was a night club on the premesis ,and once booked would have lost all my money if cancelled.

The staff were both friendly and helpful - I arrived very early but they helpfully stored my case etc. The hotel itself is a bit 'tired' and, like many of its era, the corridors are narrow but the room was surprisingly good and clearly had been refurbished in the last couple of years. The bed was comfortable and the en...

Stayed here for two nights with a friend (didn't have breakfast) and was pleasantly surprised by the hotel's location on the seafront, opposite the pier. The staff on welcome are very friendly, and we could get into our room early before the check in time. The hotel itself has very small corridors and staircases and it was very warm when...

Came here for my 21st birthday, all the staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. We had no issues with the room, very clean, very good sea view what I asked for , very quiet stay, beds were comfy. The only issue we had was the first night we stayed the room was very hot but the next day the staff...
