We had a two night stay at Neo. Our host was friendly and helpful, the breakfast was very satisfying. Although our room was petit it was nicely decorated and it felt cosy. What wasn't right was our poor bed which we believe is long due for a change. It had no body support at all, and it was very wobbly....

This was my second stay here on my first stay my single room was upgraded to a small double. This time I had the single room ( company budget restraints!) This was more than adequate for a two night stay. Room is big enough, comfy good sized single bed, great modern shower room. I had a good nights sleep ,...

This is now my new favourite in Brighton. Nice quiet area, shopping close by and 2 min walk to beach. Louise and her team do everything to make you feel welcome and the breakfast is outstanding! I'll be back!

The location is just up the road from the shore, but parking is £13 a day and a bit of a walk away, so drop off your luggage and then park and walk. Other than that ... the hotel is lovingly decorated and clean. There is no lift, so be prepared to do some step-ups. :) We didn't mind. There...

2 course inclusive breakfast really is the star of the show. Fantastic helpful and warm staff are on hand for any enquiries. Bed very comfortable and deep bathtub. Shower wouldn't get as hot as bath but good pressure even on top floor (room 9). Room could do with a little bit of a spruce up in terms of general maintenance...

Stayed at the Neo for four nights with my husband. Very good location near everything we wanted to see and experience, but at the same rather quiet neighborhood. The staff was very helpful and nice and the breakfast was really good especially the fruit plate, wake up cup, pancakes and the English (my husbands favorite!). I would definitely recommend this...

Stayed in room three, a box-room sized single. Not bothered about the size of the room as I was only there to sleep, but the quality of it was a disappointment. The carpet looked like it needed a good hoover, while the television on the far wall was little bigger than a postage stamp. Bed, however, was comfortable and I...

I spent 2 nights with my boyfriend in this lovely hotel. If you are looking for accommodation in Brighton for acceptable price for breakfast, clean and nice rooms, friendly staff, then in my opinion and experience you found the right hotel.

Bit disappointed to be honest was under the impression it was more overlooking the sea but hey you get over it just a bit odd really quirky enough from what I've seen of other reviews think it needs a bit of a shake up namely staff and people skills it's the small things that unfortunately put you off which is...

Stayed as a couple in a deluxe room. Room needed a bit of love and care, damp stains/circles on the ceiling. But room was well equipped - kettle, hairdryer, dressing robes, mirror, extensive selection of tea, herbal tea, coffee, hot chocolate etc. Bathroom had a large walk in shower. Bed was comfy with 2 pillows each. Breakfast was fantastic -...
