The hotel was ok but the rooms were smaller than expected. Never met any straff at the hotel. But except for that it is a good hotel close to the beach and close to many stores. We walked to the pier, it took around 20 minutes.

Stayed here when I completed the Brighton Marathon. Initially, they tried to get us to stay for 3 nights, but negotiated them down to 2. We were offered the parking space at the front of the guesthouse on the Saturday night which was a godsend having paid almost £25 for the day to park the previous day in one of...

With 1 week before our hotel stay I have received an email saying they have problems with their plumbing and will have to cancel our booking. As compensation for just £360 they can relocate us to their guest house. I can accept a cancellation because of a problem to the accommodation. But being offered compensation with a large price tag...

It didn't look too good when we arrived at 2.30 as arranged and the woman there wasn't expecting us. We were two women travelling on business. We were told to go away and come back in half an hour. We went back at 3.30 We waited a little longer in the corridor until a man came and said the room...

Still an ok place to stay if nothing else available, great location and convenient for the beach, shops etc, went with friends and their experience wasn't great (towels not replaced, poor breakfast experience for example). Just seems over priced now for the quality of stay so after 4 stays it's now time for us to find somewhere else. In their...

This is not somewhere I would return to. Room 4 was small and fusty, with a mouldy bathroom ceiling & grim view. Room was not cleaned daily. No person on site before 11.00am or after 6.00pm which is not reassuring. Avoid.

First visit to the B&B, breakfast is served around the corner in a cafe, nice food if you want a cooked breakfast but no basic breakfast if you just fancy a bowl of cereal and a fruit juice and you get one cup of very small filter coffee. Room 4 could do with some refreshing the bathroom had mould on...

Very friendly welcome. Clean rooms really well equipped with charging devices etc - just bring a sub lead. Lots of free snacks in the room too! Shower was good and the bed was comfy - it's well located between Brighton and hove near lots of good restaurants and places to go out.

Nice, well positioned hotel at the hove end of Brighton. Easily walking distance to the shops and Laines, a bit more of a stroll to Kemptown. The facilities are ample and you get a nice selection of choccy bars left in the room each day as well. The area did not seem particularly noisy, but we were on the top...
