Clean, comfortable, great breakfast and fantastic location minutes from the seafront, bars and cafes in lovely Kemptown. Phil made us feel so welcome he was very friendly and helpful: allowing us to check in a bit later than planned. Will be returning :-)

Me and a friend stayed here for two nights for our birthdays and it really was great. Phil the owner was very welcoming and a great host telling us where to go out to on the Saturday night and it did not disappoint!!
