Lovely weekend break! One Broad Street is in an excellent location next to the beach and the pier and within a 10-15 minute walk of the town, the Lanes and the Royal Pavilion - you can easily walk anywhere from here! Lorraine and Richard were very welcoming hosts and helped us to find a parking space in a street nearby...

Great location right in the heart of Brighton and easy walking distance to everything you could want to see. We booked the partial see front room and it really is partial but still such an amazing room, exactly as advertised. Ear plugs and little things like chocolates and lollies given in your room upon arrival. Comfortable room, very clean and...

The B&B is in an incredibly central location, and as a result parking can be challenging. We were incredibly lucky that a car pulled out of a space almost opposite the B&B just as we were wondering where on earth to park, and then we didn't move the car 'til we left. Parking permits are £10 per 24 hours, so...

Centrally located in Kemptown, with the main centre of Brighton a few minutes stroll away, One Broad Street is a pleasure to stay at. The owners are very welcoming, offering to take luggage to your room. They are very knowledgeable and will help direct you around Brighton; whether it's quality restaurants or the best bakeries. The room was very clear,...

Richard and Lorraine are a lovely couple who made us feel very welcome and Richard even helped me find a parking place for the weekend. As has been said, the breakfasts were brilliant, the room was...

This B&B is very centrally located for Town, cultural quarter and seafront. Richard and Lorraine gave a warm welcome and clear advice on what to do and where to go. The room was clean and everything worked properly. Breakfast was all we could eat. It's not the Ritz but it is very presentable and good value for money.

Stayed for one night only but just wished it had been longer. Our host Richard and Lorraine were lovely, the breakfast was to die for, all local produce, sausages the best, and poached eggs soft, helps that Richard who does all the cooking is a chef. The room was lovely, first class, and beautifully clean. Bed was very comfortable and...

I stayed with my mum for 2 nights and it was perfect. Spacious and clean room, great location and a lovely full English breakfast in the morning. Richard and Lorraine are lovely and very knowledgeable of the local area. Would definitely book again!
