The title says it all. Beautiful location, welcoming owner, nice extra little touches, the green room was well proportioned with a stunning view of Hastings and a comfy mattress. A lovely comfortable homely boutique hotel. It deserves its rating!

Recently stayed in Hastings for an elderly relative's birthday, and found the White House. We had the 'Green Room' which has the most marvellous views over the splendid south facing gardens and the sea. It was too good a sight to even close the curtains! Lovely, big comfortable bed, good bed linen. Everything you need, including robes and slippers. The...

We stayed one night after reading the online reviews. It didn't disappoint. It's the quintessential Victorian home on the hill. Friendly and attentive host. Delicious breakfast made with fresh ingredients.

The moment we were greeted by Jason we felt welcome, he showed us around his stunning hotel & offered us a complimentary drink which was gratefully accepted! The red room was expectionally clean with tea, coffee & water available. The ensuite including toiletries was lovely. The bed was extremely comfortable. We were only there for one night, which we spent...

Myself and hubby stayed there for one night. The house is stunning, beautifully decorated with a fantastic view over well kept gardens. Our room was overlooking the gardens and sea. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. There was complimentary hot chocolate and marshmallows (lovely touch) after 8pm. The breakfast was outstanding and very tasty indeed. Jason and staff work very hard to...

We had stayed here before during the summer of 2015 on a blisteringly hot day but this time as autumn approaches it was a lot colder and instead of the pool we were able to appreciate the efficiency of the central heating! Once again from the time of booking and on arrival, breakfast and departure we were delighted with the...

Wonderful hidden gem of a small hotel. Our children booked the break for us as we had spent our honeymoon in Hastings. We were welcomed by Jason, the owner, who made us a lovely cup of coffee and showed us to our room. We had the Blue Room, which was absolutely beautiful, with a wonderful view of the sea looking...

Too many extra lovely touches to list...the welcoming drink on arrival from friendly host.... the beautiful gardens, delightful room, open bar to relax and meet other guests...etc ..Must mention the more than ample breakfast which set us up for the day. Overall a great location, just a short walk to the seafront with many lovely amenities.
