My partner and I stayed at Bay Tree for a pre-Christmas night away, and it was the perfect place to relax and unwind! Penny and Trevor were great hosts - making sure we arrived safely, had everything we needed and knew all the best places to visit while we were in Hastings - we felt very spoilt and well looked...

It's gorgeous, spotless, great in-room snacks, wonderful breakfasts, and friendly informative hosts. If you're not vegan you will be impressed with everything about this B&B; if you are, you will be thrilled. Thanks Trevor & Penny!

Having never stayed at an English B&B before Bay Tree House really set the standard high. We accidentally booked the wrong date and turned up out of the blue, but Penny and Trevor were lovely hosts and very accommodating. The room was beautiful, spotless and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and we were offered maps of...

We came with our bicycles and were received with warmth and help and accommodation for our bikes as well as us. Trevor and Penny were fabulous hosts - chatty, friendly and made us feel very at home. The room was great (room 4), with a fabulous tray of goodies which we happily enjoyed that evening. Often in B and Bs...

We were visiting hastings on a charter train (arriving at 10.30pm) and had to search for someone willing to take our custom! Most B&Bs in town were not willing to accept visitors arriving at that time in the evening. We arrived to be ushered to comfy sofas and a host who made us tea... perfect at the end of a...

I had been hoping for an excuse to stay here and ended up booking at very short notice (same day). I was attracted by the vegan credentials but it's the kind of place I'd want my non-vegan friends to stay in so I can bask in the reflected vegan glory of this place. The character and class of the building...

My partner and I had booked a nights stay at the Baytree Hotel so that we could have a well needed night away. Upon arrival Trevor came out to greet us and made us feel welcome from the start. We were showed our room (room 4) which is immaculately clean with a modern and stylish decor and includes an en-suit-...

We stayed here as part of our honeymoon and were completely delighted. Our hosts, Penny & Trevor could not have been more welcoming and have done an outstanding job renovating this elegant Victorian house. The room was tastefully decorated with a small but adequate en suite shower room. The breakfasts were amazing and Penny & Trevor are willing to provide...

We called BayTree House the night before we started our long weekend from Paris and decided to stay three nights there. When we got there we were welcomed by Trevor and Penny who took excellent care of us. We had a baby with us, and they had a baby bed and highchair ready for us. The room was fantastic and...

The most friendly welcome I've ever received. Accommodation first class. Food exceptional. Company second to none. What Trevor and Penny have achieved here is unique! A home from home. Don't bother to look for anywhere else! You won't regret it. I didn't want to leave. My dog thought he was in heaven :-)
