The owner of the guesthouse was really welcoming and couldn't do enough to help us. The place smelled of polish which was great, it was so clean. Everything was tidy not a bit of dust or dirt anywhere. Great location too bout a 5 min walk to the promenade. Would definitely go back.

A last minute booking so options were limited as a lot of places were already fully booked, but so happy we ended up at Senlac... Right from the enquiry stage the communication & customer service can't be faulted. Bed very comfy, whole guesthouse clean & very well presented, room at the front very well insulated as I didn't hear anything...

Went to Hastings to visit friends / family so knew we weren't going to be spending a lot of time in a hotel - this is the 1st time I've stayed at a guest house with a shared bathroom so had a few trepidations. However, the experience was very good. The room was clean and bed very comfy, there was...

Booked two rooms, one being an en suite, the other a shared bathroom. The owner was very pleasant on arrival and check in was very efficient. The rooms are of a good size, we had rooms 1 & 7. The thing that stands out to me about The Senlac, is the facilities in the rooms. The TV and coffee etc...

We had a great overnight stay at Senlac House. We stayed in a double bedroom with a shared bathroom as we decided to book last minute and the availability was very limited, but we were very pleased as the facilities were very clean. Very accommodating and host who allowed us to check out later as I was unwell. We didn't...

I would strongly recommend senlac guest house to everyone if you are visiting Hastings. It is affordable and also close to the station, Tesco , Sea etx. We were warmly welcomed by Mr.Walker, who showed great respect and patience when accommodating us. Thanks to him and Senlac for making a comfortable stay for us.

Good clean B and B. Outside, the road is old, however good location literally 10 minutes walk from Hastings mainline train. Breakfast was a bit of a wait otherwise plenty to eat and cooked well. Door to shower room slightly damaged. Came off its runners. Had a good night sleep till 6am then noise from traffic, room on the roadside....

Was greeted by possibly the owner. He was friendly and accomodating. We stayed on the ground floor in a clean room. No complaints really apart from not having a door handle in the bathroom. The hotel is well located to the town centre which I have to say seemed a little rough. Will not be returning to Hastings in a...
