From beginning to end our stay was a delight. Welcomed by friendly, informative staff. Our room the South America had the most fabulous sea view with massive windows which made us feel really connected with the view. The bathroom was integral to the bedroom with a giant bath from which you could see the sea. Amazing. Can't wait to return

What a great location for walking to Hastings (left out of hotel) and seeing so many attractions. We saw Old Town, Fishermens museum, Country park via Cliff Railway, St Mary in Castle to name a few. Turn right out of hotel and you are in St Leonard's. We hired bikes and cycled to Bexhill. So much to do! Stayed in...

This was our second visit to this hotel and we are already planning a third. Rooms all themed differently this time we stayed in India. A stunning room with a lovely bathroom. A friendly welcome with a glass of prosecco and helpful staff. Very clean and well kept. Breakfast was delicious.

We keep returning to this brilliant hotel near Hastings. Each room has it's own charm and you can be transported to another culture. We relax as soon as we we arrive. Some lovely touches and a warm understanding welcome.

Every room is themed after a country - we had India. Up four flights of stairs in a charming seafront house, under the roof, the noises from plumbing, or birds, or the building itself, made sleep difficult. But everything was delightful in the room and loads of facilities were crammed in, including a Jacuzzi bath, and it was rather fun....

Great location for visiting Hastings. Potential issues with parking avoided by leaving the car around the corner & up the hill slightly, where there are not parking restrictions. The rooms are quirky, fantastically thoughtfully designed and furnished, and fun! The public areas are again ingeniously designed and furnished to create a relaxing, easy atmosphere. Very comfortable night and excellent dinner...

I booked this hotel for a romantic retreat for my wife and I and it didn't disappoint. Set on the seafront in St. Leonard's our Antarctica room afforded beautiful sea views and a glimpse of Hastings' pier. The room is large, light and airy with its own private steamer and sauna. We were met by the hotel manager who organised...

Wife treated me to a surprise short break for my 60th. On arrival , area looked average and so did the hotel, however on entering I was very surprised. Staff were very welcoming. There was a guaranteed parking place (for a small surcharge) at a nearby, gated, underground car park. After being shown to our room there was a complimentary...

Stayed here for one night as a treat away, and what a treat! Complimentary welcome drink on arrival, and little touches like luxury chocolates in the room make this hotel stand out and worth every penny. Quality fixtures and fittings throughout, rooms are well maintained and have lovely decor. We stayed in the Japan room - the lovely shower and...
