We really enjoyed our stay with you recently. Lovely location. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Our bathroom just needs to be updated. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel can best be described as Bijou. The room we stayed in was very basic but clean but the bathroom (or shower room - no bath) was tiny. The room had a/c (open window) which was needed as it was oppressively hot. Plus points - Location, parking and breakfast - negatives - room and cost. No dinner available on...

Pleasant and friendly staff however the receptionist did spoil a bit of a surprise by announcing the bottle of prosecco which was waiting in the room. We booked a 'superior' room which did not seem any different from the other rooms we peeked at, very disappointed to have 2 singles pushed together to make a 'King' size! Food was brilliant...

We only stayed one night but enjoyed our experience. The receptionist was very pleasant, efficient and helpful and took time to explain all we needed to know about the hotel and our room located near the Pool and sauna both of which we used. Ask the reception for towels rather than use room towels. The breakfast was excellent with copious...

My partner booked the hotel to celebrate my birthday and our anniversary and chose Rye as it us one of our favourite places. The hotel is lovely, rooms spacious and comfortable. Excellent location and having on site parking in Rye was a real bonus. Restarants are only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We only had breakfast at the...

The staff could not have done more for us. Wonderful service for breakfast, evening drinks or anything we needed throughout the day. Lovely clean venue. Great location for getting around Rye. Car park at back of hotel much needed.

Stayed for one night and the whole experience was very nice. Nice spa and pool, well decorated rooms and good feel~good factor. Good hearty breakfast, but if your in a hurry, get down early, as 20 rooms and 9 tables, ,,, just do your maths!!!!! they offer breakfast in bed which in our opinion would be what we would do...

Very pleasant stay in a small well-ordered hotel. Reasonable sized classic room overlooking the bowling green. Ample supplies of tea and coffee plus chocolate drink and water. Breakfast was excellent although on two out of three mornings there was only one waitress on duty, who was rushed off her feet and did not have time to clear tables before the...

Deciding to escape the children for a night, we booked a standard double at Rye Lodge. The room was spacious and clean with a good array of beverages and toiletries and a decent, hot powerful shower. We didn't use the pool facilities but it all looked very inviting. Breakfast was fab, good choices, freshly cooked, hot and plentiful. Freshly ground...

We arrived around 10pm, friendly reception staff came out to the crowded car park, to guide us as to where we should park to cause least disruption. We were shown to our room (nr 15, quite a trek from reception) and my first impression was (what word do I use here) compact, bijou, snug, small, with an equally compact bathroom....
