    Lovely quaint village.Beautiful cottage(kestrel),overlooking quaint stream.Everthing you needed was in cottage,with lovely touches of tea,coffee,milk on arrival.Cottage was beautifully clean.Towels,t/towels,washing up liquid ,dishcloth,scourer and toilet rolls all supplied.plenty of little tea rooms/eating places around so no need to cook if you want a relaxing break.

    Spend the day strolling through this gorgeous village. There are lots of very cute shops, tea shops and pubs. Definitely give yourself several hours. Also, lots of B&B's but book in advance as they seem very busy.

    Set in the centre of this lovely village, these cottages cannot be faulted. I have just spent a week here and found our particular one well laid out with all mod cons.     We stayed for a long weekend and were in cottage number 3 Skylar. The cottage was surprisingly spacious. On entering our cottage you went up some stairs to the main living area, which had the fully equipped kitchen, sitting area and also a dining table and chairs.     Stayed in the Stepping Stones cottage with family, booking in so easy. The cottage was spotless, spacious kitchen and dining/living room. All had a good night's sleep in extremely comfortable beds. The cottage had free WiFi. Extremely good value for money. This has to be one of the best self catering places I have stayed. Thoroughly recommended

    Excellent cottages, this was our second stay in the Swallow room. This has been refurbished since our last visit to a high standard.     The first impression on entering one of the cottages was how clean it was. Not a cobweb on any of the beams. There were old sewing machines on an over-stairs shelf and all the lights were switched on giving it a very cosy feel. There were plenty of heaters but these were not needed in the heatwave.
