We arrived to a warm welcome from Cheryle and Anthony, and received lots of helpful information on things to see and do, also had a few eating places recommended. The room was recently refurbed and very clean and comfortable, good tv, nice ensuite, very comfy mattress. Breakfast is first class and a great menu to select from. Fresh fruit salad...

A very good B&B close to the centre of the town. Comfortable, clean, well equipped, a very high standard of breakfast, ample parking and friendly hosts. An ideal location for viewing the local area be it by car or on foot.

Stayed for two nights whilst enjoying lovely walks from the town. We were a big groups of friends and it was super to find somewhere that could accommodate our needs for five twin rooms. Loved the décor and individuality of the rooms, and the extremely good breakfasts, welcome and helpfulness of the hosts. Would have rated this 5, but some...

Same impression as the review from cumal below. Not impressed by the size of the rooms, beds and bathroom. Breakfast definitely not an award winner. Owners full of "give me a good review " smiles but really unhelpful when needed. Not a come back place for me.

We're very surprised to learn of your disappointment with the size of the room and the quality of the breakfast. We are also surprised to learn that you felt we were unhelpful, checking in after 10pm (our check in times are between 3 & 6pm) and keeping your bike in our private garage seem helpful to me. Perhaps it's because...

We stayed here as part of our walk organized by Cotswold walks. The guest house is a short walk from town but has a good pub nearby. The rooms were small but very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast! Would definitely recommend.

We stayed at The Lansdowne for two nights for a simple weekend break. The room was spotless and well equipped. Anthony and Cheryle, our hosts, could not have been more welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of prepared to order cooked dishes and an excellent cold breakfast bar. Thoroughly recommended.

Free parking, lovely room (number 14 - stunning bathroom), delicious breakfast and genuine, friendly hosts. What more could you want from a B&B? Would definitely return if staying in the cotswolds in the future.

Turned up on the doorstep with no booking. By chance Anthony & Cheryle had a room for the night. We walked thru the front door and immediately knew this was a good find. What a lovely guesthouse. We had room 7 which was sooo nice in tones of muted greys and the room was sooo warm as outside had been...

We stayed here for the Easter weekend and I couldn't fault the experience we received. The breakfast was amazing and the friendliness of the owners made us feel at home straight away. It's close to the village centre and we had a wonderful break.
