We used this hotel for one night. Situated near the town centre things are in within easy walking distance and although on a road it is far enough back to be quiet. There was parking at the front. The room we were allocated was at the back of the house in what they call the 'Garden Suite'. In the summer...

We booked this place at the last minute, in order to visit Cheltenham for a friend's party. We were prepared for the lack of staff, having read reviews, but we weren't prepared for the tired look of the room we were in. The building felt secure and safe, but the carpet was quite old and seemed unclean. As long as...

Looks lovely from outside but the coded entry on all doors and lack of staff make it most unwelcoming, The garden rooms are very basic but do have the amenities listed and the 'self catering ' breakfast in the fridge was adequate but not inspiring,

Hi I stayed here just over two weeks ago while attending the RIAT Airshow at Fairford. The coded entry doors worked well and I found the hotel easily. There was no room either days to park my car at the hotel, although if you did park there you could not park during the daytime according to a note on a...

I wouldn't call this a hotel but it was a comfortable B&B. It was surreal to enter the combination on the door and enter a totally silent and deserted house. Once in the room I realised it was dated but mostly clean and it had everything you could need. The room had enough to create a breakfast (which we ate...

It is not even a hostel. There are no staff at all. It is a collection of rooms with combination locks that locals use for partying all night. Beautiful house and garden though. And where is the gym or the bar? Never saw any of those. There is parking though but it is quite far from the town centre.

The hotel was somewhat run down, there was no lock on the window making our ground floor room insecure, the crockery was not clean, the common area carpets were not clean. We were however allowd to arrive early and leave late if required.

Wasn't expecting too much from this cheaper hotel in Cheltenham but to be honest was pleasantly surprised You are given codings for the main door and your room prior to your stay which is good so you can come and go as you please The rooms are good with on suite bathroom and shower ,plenty of food in the room...

Don't book in here if you are seeking a luxurious suite or a sumptuous feast. That is not what The Kingsmuir Hotel offers. Do however book in here if you are seeking a perfectly adequate bed for the night, a decent shower in the morning, and if you are content to start your day with nothing more demanding than a...

I asked a colleague to book a cheap hotel I wasn't disappointed with the price £31! I was apprehensive but it was scrupulously clean. Very old fashioned furniture but what can you expect. I was nervous being a woman on my own because of the key code entry but I survived so I'm not complaining. I would go again but...
