Easily accessed, wonderful central Market Place position, adequate parking right in front of the Hotel in the Square itself and a few tables outside at the front of the Hotel. The exterior gives a first hint of the need for maintenance to be followed by a coat of paint! We can't speak for the rooms as we simply stopped for...

Popped into the Bull for a drink before going to the wedding at the church. Was shocked to see staff wearing Denim shorts.. Not the right look has this is a hotel. After the church service I did notice that the glasses and plates were still on the tables outside. I was surprised that the hotel was very quite. I...

Last night, I visited The Bull Hotel in Fairford for a friends 40th birthday. I was shocked by the incredibly poor service and the abruptness of one of the members of staff. I live in Fairford and since the change in management have dinned there a couple of times, both of which were poor. Last night we were “told off”...

I stayed at the hotel recently with our friends. We had been told that the hotel had been updated, I can honestly say I saw no signs of updates in either of the rooms. We had a room within the hotel and it was crabby and falling to bit, there was a chair propping the window unit up and had...

Have stayed at this hotel for last 20 yrs but not sure if we'll be staying again. Rooms dated and in need of tlc. Tvs have a mind of their own, kitchen unit doors falling off in cottage (not great if you have a toddler) and patio tiles loose and cracked. However the unit doors were repaired as soon as...

I would love to give this a "good" rating as many aspects of The Bull Hotel are to be praised. The sheer age of this former coaching inn, located in the beautiful village of Fairford, must mean that the up-keep of the interior and exterior of the building is a constant and costly challenge. The Bull is located in the...

Hotel was full of charm. Yes it is old, after all it was a coaching inn. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfy. Lots of wonderful countryside for walking. The food was excellent. We booked a two night stay and ate there both nights. The staff was very friendly and helpfull, especially Jamie.

We were fortunate to be treated to a stay at this hotel for a 25th aniversary present from some very good friends. Lovely old pub/hotel with loads of character. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, food was very good. Our room was en suite perfectly suitable for a weekend away. We visited nearby Bourton on the Water a really pretty...

We bought this on an ebay deal last May 2012, but only got round to booking it in December, for a stay in April 2013! We discovered that the previous owners had retired but the new owners to their credit agreed to honour the deal and in view of the timescales we were impressed. However, when we arrived we discovered...

Various members of my family have been visiting this hotel since 1987 and have always been pleased with most aspects from service to rooms and food. On the 5th April we stayed there again and discovered that it is a shadow of it.s former self. I understand that it has changed owners and this has not been a success, to...
