The room was fine, clean and quiet, if a little warm ( in the roof space). But the staircase up to the rooms is in need of TLC and the breakfast was a bit awkward. The breakfast area was once a cafe. It's a shame they didn't serve us coffee from the barista coffee machine, just nespresso. Attention to detail...

Number one choice for anyone to have a drink even if it be coffee etc or and to stay in this wonderful cafe/bed and breakfast. You just have to this wonderful cafe and bed & breakfast in cainscross called The Ground Coffee Cafe & B&B, If do not you shall regret not having done so.

Just back from a night at this B&B which was very good value for money. Theresa was really welcoming and we enjoyed free drinks and cakes on arrival which was a nice start to our stay. Our room was excellent with a massive and very comfortable bed and good en-suite. Breakfast was great too - highly recommended.

The proprietor Theresa came straight out to our car to help us with our many bags. Granted, the entrance and stairs to the rooms are not very welcoming and some pictures or photographs taken by Theresa's talented husband...

I was attending to family business, and Fresh Ground was able to meet my last minute changes of plan. Theresa was really lovely, and would chat to me, at a time when I...

The entrance and stairs up to the rooms are off-putting. The door is unwelcoming, yet next to us there is a lovely entrance which is unused. The walls up to the first floor are dark and in need of decorating. Once beyond this, the impression improves but all walls could be improved with a lick of paint and some pictures...

This wa s a great choice of b&b, so friendly and only 20 mins walk along the canal from the Cotswold way! Enjoyed staying there with lots of help, friendly advice on travel and restaurants. Really appreciated it, we had an enjoyable stay and a great night's sleep. Debby and Cain
