Was a bit dubious booking this hotel after reading some reviews, but I was obviously lucky! My executive room was lovely, clean and modern, being on the 4th floor it was also quiet. Even though it was close to the lifts, I didn't hear a thing. Ate lunch in the bar, served promptly and the food was fine. Only negatives,...

A very well equipped hotel with a very nice swimming pool and spa; the little one loved her own bed. Restaurants and cafe downstairs were very good too. they also had a very good breakfast spread and the staff were very courteous

This hotel is well situated to stay overnight if you are going on a cruise, or going shopping to West Quay in Southampton. It is very clean, the food was delicious, and the service excellent. We would certainly recommend it to anyone wishing to stay in this area.

Entrance hall, bar and function rooms are good. The rooms have good fittings and comfortable beds, location excellent. The pool and spa were disappointing. The staff at the spa are lovely and welcoming but then once you enter the changing rooms I was quite shocked to see wet towels all over the floor. Empty drink bottles, and generally a mess....

Booked a double room on 3 rd floor overlooking the front and the main road. Disappointingly first impressions which are so important facilies not...

O dear, I chose his lovely hotel to spend one night of luxury with my husband before deciding on treatme4nt for spinal cord surgery. I did not choose a disabled access room because I am coming to terms with the condition. the room was lovely but some rain had come in by the balcony,we decided to use the pool, went...

Not sure if I've got low standards compared some of the bad reviews for this hotel but I really couldn't fault it for my recent stay. Yes the car park is £10 but there are numerous long stay car parks nearby which can be used if you're not happy with this. We paid the money and had the convenience of...

Stayed here as a safe haven from a night out in town and I have to say I didn't want to even go out! It's really big and grand with all the features kept up to date, excellent rooms and great room service. I would extremely recommend this hotel to couples and families as I felt out of place using...
