Not sure what these management photos are? Do not do the place justice at all ....... Bar friendly and traditional - free house so guest ales which is a great selling point. Main road hardly noticeable - certainly nothing to be concerned about - feels more like a pub on a village green really. Restaurant food was great on Friday...

a very welcoming country pub with spacious comfortable rooms which was spotlessly clean. Even though it overlooked the main road my room (no3) was quite even with the window open. Breakfast is served from 7.00, convenient if like me you needed an early start

Really good stay here for 3 nights in August as we explored this picturesque corner of Hampshire. Room clean and comfortable, breakfast tasty. Lovely old building in a chocolate-box pretty village full of thatched cottages, but with easy access to the M3. Our room was in the main building, with en suite shower room and in-room kettle with tea and...

The Northbrook Arms is a delightful B&B with cozy comfortable rooms. The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. We also chose to eat dinner here both nights as well as the included breakfast and we were not disappointed. Everything was delicious and cooked perfectly. Lovely little weekend break. Thank you

Stayed overnight on the old bakery. The food was good, the staff friendly, the locals great. The village is so cute and quaint and the church is really interesting. Handy to Winchester, but nice and quiet.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Welcome to the Northbrook Arms - a traditional village pub with letting rooms. The pub itself is owned by Lord Northbrook and has been part of his family estate for generations. We are situated in the idyllic village of East Stratton just minutes from the A33 between Winchester and Basingstoke. The pub boasts two gardens – the green opposite the pub which is perfect for catching the sun all day long, and the pretty country garden to the side of the pub which has an enclosed area at the bottom where children can play safely. We also have a traditional Skittle Alley in the beautiful old stables – with its own bar, space for dining and of course the Skittles – it is the perfect place to have a party or function. ... more   less
