This is a nice hotel located one mile from Hereford town centre. The staff throughout were very friendly and couldn't do enough for their guests. Our room was a good size with plenty of storage space. The bathroom was dated and could benefit from a refurb, our toilet wouldn't flush properly and wasn't repaired during our stay, instead they gave...

Our coach tour holiday was based at The Three Counties Hotel just on the outskirts of Hereford. The welcome was excellent with tea and coffee available on arrival. Our luggage was delivered to our room. The room was spacious, clean and well presented. The en suite facilities were clean, neat and tidy with toiletries ready for use. The bathroom floor...

It may be an idea when booking this hotel to find the location of your room in relation to the reception desk. I was part of a group booking and did not have the luxury of knowing where my room was. It turned out to be some three hundred yards across two car parks. If you order a meal ask...

Rooms of a decent size but bit warm as room was on ground floor we didn't want to open window and no air con. Breakfast was a bit average. Evening meal was ok, service good. We had a drink outside by the pond which was nice but some road noise

I stayed for one night and found it a very comfortable stay, the only negative comment I can raise is that the rooms are a little dated and in need of refurbishment, the bed was however great. Overall the stay was great and the staff very friendly, bending over backwards to accommodate my planning errors.

Stayed her for a couple of nights in April, when on a family duty trip. If you are travelling to Hereford from the South and don’t need to cross the river then this hotel is in a useful position as you avoid the nightmare of driving through Hereford itself. It is on the A465 a short distance off the main...

We stayed in one of the garden rooms which was separate from the main hotel. The room was spacious, clean and welcoming. Being able to park the car outside the room was a bonus, no dragging luggage through the hotel. The staff were very helpful and polite. We were allowed to stay on a little longer.

Stayed here for one night with a large group. It is a modern hotel just a little outside Hereford. I had big double room on the ground floor of the main hotel building, which was clean and well equipped - good range of toiletries and tea/coffee etc. Staff were helpful and everything worked efficiently. We had an evening meal at the...

Spent a morning here for a conference. The hotel is modern and well maintained. Conference facilities are good as are the refreshments. There's plenty of parking. The only downside if you're travelling from a distance is the traffic through Hereford itself, allow plenty of time especially if it's rush hour.

The moment we walked into the hotel , there was a lovely lady at reception who greeted us . The rooms were large, the beds were very comfortable and very clean. We ate at the restaurant , the food was served on time and very tasty , the customer service was very good. For the price of this hotel, it...
