Room was spacious and comfortable and service at welcome desk was friendly. Did in the thyme restaurant was very good. The only annoying thing was the £3 parking charge on arrival which if starting at the premier inn, should be included!

Lovely location, wouldn't know you were so close to the motorway, but easy access to motorway. Usual comfortable accommodation with premier inn, nice and quiet hotel and friendly staff, good wifi for free.

The biggest problem with this premier inn Is the signage, the sat nav was unsure where it was on the lane and there were not any signs to say where it was until you were at the entrance which was just past a small bridge and very concealed. Once In and navigated down the lane to the hotel the location...

The staff were great and the room clean but the problem was that when we were there it was frosty outside and our room was cold even with the room thermostat turned up.at night the heater kept turning on and off and so every few minutes there was a clicking sound from the room thermostat.

Cheerful, helpful receptionist. However this hotel badly needs modernising. There is no lift . The beds however are of Premier Inns usual high standard so no problems sleeping. Wifi & Tv available & up to standard. The heating is not really adequate for winter months & the high price at weekends is not really justified considering the lack of lift,...

Very good soundproofing. Interesting building for meals and attractive grounds. Very friendly helpful staff. Excellent directions to Harry Potter World available! Comfortable rooms but you might need binoculars to watch TV from the bed.

We stayed for one night at the Premier Inn St Albans/ Bricket Wood to visit the Warner Brother Studio Tour, which is only 20 minutes away. The hotel was set in lovely countryside location and very picturesque. The hotel was a little dated but immaculate. The staff were very lovely and very helpful. We had a meal in the onsite...
