Absolutely beautiful house and very friendly and helpful owners. Ideally situated five minutes from the ferry terminal (and Waitrose!). We stayed for a few days a couple of months ago and loved everything about our visit. Truly silver service and a very comfortable room with a super shower. I've never stayed anywhere with such a choice of dishes on the... More

Everything about this place is first rate, the house is absolutely lovely and fitted out with everything you could need. The hosts are also absolutely fantastic, charming, friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is the crowning glory however!! It is a wonderful spread of anything you could want for in the morning and the rates are always reasonable. The only tiny... More

A lovely welcome and very friendly owners. The room was comfortable and had every amenity you could wish for. For me personally it was ideally placed within walking distance of family, and a bus stop just close by. I would definitely stay again.

We chose this venue as it is ideally situated for visiting Osborne House - walking distance if you don't want to use the car. It was a charming house with a lovely bedroom and well equipped bathroom. Our hosts were also charming and provided well for their guests. Breakfast was particularly good with a good range of items and all... More

We stayed over the Round the Island weekend. A lovely couple who were very sweet and catered to our every needs. Breakfast was delicious with everything under the sun offered, the room was well decorated, spacious and clean, and the bathroom was well stocked with very soft towels. The hosts are a lovely couple who we spent some time talking... More

Let me begin by saying I don't really like B&Bs very much. Too often it's like staying in the unloved spare room with perfunctory service. We went to the IoW recently to collect an adopted dog. My wife had seen a review of Wisteria House and wanted to stay. First impression - absolutely spotless. Second impression - first class accommodation.... More

I stayed at Wisteria House for 6 nights over a 2 week period and was made to feel like it was a home away from home. I was made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was outstanding. Both rooms I stayed in were spotless. I would definately recommend. Thank you for such a lovely... More

My partner and I arrived at Wisteria House a little weary after a wedding and a long journey to a warm welcome and an immaculate and spacious room. After a good night’s sleep and a fantastic shower we were treated to a hearty breakfast of fruit salad, a cooked breakfast and homemade muffins. We were then pointed in the direction... More

We found this place whilst looking for a simple B&B up the road from where friends lived. We had a fantastic stay on the Island, and this little Gem of a B&B helped to make it a fantastic stay. Phil couldn't be more accommodating, and nothing was too much trouble. The bed was lovely and comfy, the the room was... More
