Friendly hosts; excellent breakfast; clean and comfortable room. We would definitely stay there again should we be visiting Canterbury. Just be aware it is about a 15 minutes walk from the Cathedral area.

Stayed in November 2015. Had room 3 which had a pleasant view over the garden. The room was a good size with a bay window and a good en-suite. Very clean throughout. Breakfasts were delicious with plenty of choice, taken in the conservatory, even in November!! Would definitely recommend this B&B to our friends.

The single room was spacious and very tastefully decorated in soothing colours and materials. The heating was easily adjustable, the shower good, the bed was very comfortable although I found the 13.5 duvet too hot for me (but I could have exchanged it for the blanket which I could have put insider the duvet cover). There was a hairdryer and...

We stayed for a couple of nights during the week, nice room, lovely breakfast and a friendly welcome. Only a short ten minute walk along the river into town, we would definately consider staying here again

Rooms at top of house are a little small especially the bathroom. Showers need to be looked at as they go hot and cold. TV was tiny and could not be seen easily from the bed. Overall though an attempt had been made to make this a pleasant stay and rooms were very clean

We are puzzled that you mentioned that the room was small. You did in fact book our 'SMALL' cozy double room which is also the cheapest option. We have had other great feedback about this room. We have checked the shower and it seems to be in working order to us. We are also not fans of huge televisions in...

What a lovely B and B. Very efficient management - helpful and unobtrusive. Nice walk along river to town, quiet area, clean, attractively decorated. Lovely breakfast. There's loads to see and do in Canterbury and it's a small place so you can do it all on foot.

Walkable from the town this property is well-located for Canterbury and has the benefit of on-site parking. We were given lots of information and free wi-fi. The room we had was pleasant, not huge. A good choice for breakfast was provided. I would recommend to my friends.

Nice light and well decorated rooms. Breakfast choice excellent and well cooked. Very easy to get into the centre of Canterbury and quick too. The only down size the weather could have been kinder but thats the uk for you.

Spent a couple of nights here whilst visiting Canterbury. The B&B has eight rooms and is run by Terry and Chris. They are friendly and helpful and it is well run. It is a ten minute stroll into Canterbury and there is on site parking for 5 cars. The premises are spotlessly clean and the en suite rooms are reasonably...

It is quite and nearby to city center, either the West Gate or the North Gate. Both places are walking distance in 20 minutes. The room is clean, breakfast menu is nice. There is a Starbuck near the place which opens at 6 am, as well as the Sainsburrys supermarket.
