Acacia Lodge is a friendly place to stay. Our double room was extremely small and in our opinion only suitable for single occupancy. The bathroom was tiny too, just a little shower and a toilet, with no space around at all. The ventilator in the bathroom made a horrible noise. English breakfast was good, but the continental breakfast was very...

my wife and i stayed here as we were in canterbury for a wedding. the room we were given was perhaps a tad small but that was within the nature of the building. the room was very clean, cosy and comfortable and the lodge owners made a particular effort to welcome us and made us feel at 'home', which was...

Tam and Mark are really welcoming their guests....the house is very nice. 10 minutes walk from the center. There is no family room and then you have to book 2 rooms if you have children but we just had 2 bedrooms on the same floor (just opposite) that made it easy for our family... we recommend +++.

The owners of the B&B were so friendly and they have secure parking for motorbikes!! The room was nice and clean and the building itself is very unusual. Breakfast is lovely! I cant recommend Acacia Lodge highly enough. We had a great time!

The service was great! Owners of the B&B are so friendly and so helpful! Our room was clean and breakfast was fantastic! The location is just outside of the city centre just about a few minutes walking, perfect for a bit walk after a nice dinner.

If you are looking for a B&B that welcomes you with open arms, this is it! Tam and Mark have a wonderful, family-run B&B. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean and the B&B is convenient (walking distance) to the town center. Tam and Mark are full of ideas for what to see and do in the area and welcome...

Lovely house run by very nice hosts who helped a lot with our 11 month old baby in spite of them being pretty busy for the Easter period. Tam took the baby around the house while we enjoyed a reasonably sized full English breakfast!

My friend and I stayed for a long weekend in this nice B&B to visit another friend at UKC. We were able to park our car just in front and our cozy room was fully equipped with a flat screen tv, complimentary tray, comfy bed and a nice clean bathroom. Breakfast was very accommodating as we wanted a lie-in after...

The B & B is in a good location, walking distance into town. You can park your car there for free. The rooms are ok, quite small and a bit stuffy. Breakfast was good, not great. I don't really have anything negative to say about this place, but I have stayed in much better B & B's in the UK...

I went to Canterbury with my wife for a trip down memory lane and had a phantastic time. The B&B is just in the right place, easy to get to & from, clearly within walking distance from the historic centre of town, decent food, decent rooms, personal and committed service. I left something behind and it was posted to me...
