My first visit and definitely not my last visit. Friendly, polite, accommodating on-site wardens and first class in cleanliness in showers, toilets and washroom facilities. Including fresh flowers in the ladies toilet block, a lovely personnel touch. If you are looking for a campsite that is ideally situated near Ramsgate and only a short drive away to all the attractions,...

It was out of season but we enjoyed having the facilities to ourselves. Was very clean and well labelled. Everybody was so Friendly and pointed us in the right direction. Although we had our own washing up liquid they provided it it's those little things that make a difference.

The central location is deceptively peaceful. We've seen a woodpecker this morning and green parakeets! The showers are warm and we've never been to a cleaner campsite. Even the inside of the recycling bins are spotless. Friendly folks and great local knowledge. I'm writing this while sat on the Loop bus on the way to Broadstairs, just over a fiver...

After reading some of the reviews I think I'm on a different site , seen better standard of facilities on a building site come at your own peril . if you are used to standards of the 1940s go-ahead and book

After our 3rd Visit this year to Nethercourt – can only say it gets better – they now have a fridge freezer for campers to use and vending machines serving hot/cold drinks and snacks. It’s the little things that make the difference; there is a bottle opener and can opener and even washing up liquid which is very useful if...

I can't recommend this campsite enough! I stayed here with my son for a couple of nights at the end of the summer holidays. It's run by a lovely friendly couple who are extremely helpful and were full of ideas of local attractions we could visit during our holiday. The campsite itself is very well maintained, the showers were the...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Nethercourt Touring Park is a small family run campsite in Ramsgate, Kent. We accept tents, motorhomes, and caravans, and we are OPEN ALL YEAR. We have a small games room, vending machines, a utility and laundry room, and tourist information on site. Showers and Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi zone) are inclusive of the pitch fee. The beach, Ramsgate town centre and the only royal harbour in the country are a mile away and can be reached via a beautiful cliff top walk which also forms part of the Viking Cycle Trail. There is a bus stop outside the gate with a bus that travels to Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Canterbury. The Loop bus is also fantastic with buses running every 7-9 minutes travelling on a continual Loop around Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Margate. There are 15 sandy beaches and bays in the area and 7 have Blue flag awards. There is plenty to do in the nearby area for example; The Spitfire and Hurricane Museum, Ramsgate War Tunnels, Hornby Visitor Centre, The Micro Museum, Shell Grotto, The Turner Contemporary Art Gallery, Dover Castle, and Canterbury Cathedral. The campsite is within a 5 minute walk of Tesco and various take aways. ... more   less
