I visited this hotel for a family wedding. The hotel is lovely and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The food isn't that bad considering. There were some inconsistencies with portion size though which was slightly disappointing. The bar is quite expensive but I guess you have to expect that. We would possibly return again but only for a...

Not often a 4 star hotel is actually to spec. Hotel very smart and extensively re-vamped to proper level. Convenient walk to Pantilles, and town. Adequate parking, and actually has a proper dining room with massive ceiling, chandaliers, and excellent table presentation.

Visited for 1 night whilst on staycation. The room and bathroom were OK but could do with modernising and the beds could be much more comfortable. The gym and pool were also OK but again could do with updating. Didn't really feel like I was in a four star hotel. Breakfast was worst part of the stay. The buffet had...

Afternoon tea was amazing, room was spacious and comfortable. Staff all on form and grounds were beautiful. Didn't dine here as the menu seemed to be lacking. Spa facilities were good but not amazing, however the treatments were. Will definitely visit again.

Came here for lunch after a close friends wedding, overall I wouldn't say I was impressed and I guess I had higher expectations. Obviously with there being a large group of us you expect it wouldn't be perfect however for some reason thought that the spa hotel would impress. Our roast dinners were cold by the time they brought out...

July 16th we had dinner with UK friends in the Chandelier restaurant, who recommended this restaurant. Restaurant occupation one group of 30, table of 4 (us) and two individual guests, restaurant wasn't even half occupied. Available staff couldn't cope with situation. All attention went to group. Result: poor service, poor quality of starters, forgot to bring bread ordered, incomplete couverts....

Nothing special at all and very over priced. Breakfast was a disaster, bacon and sausages were not topped up regularly in the buffet breakfast and only scrambled egg. We had to ask for fried eggs to be done (which they happily did) but the rest of your breakfast goes cold whilst you wait. Gentleman's toilets were not kept clean during...

This was the second time in recent months that I have stayed at The Spa Hotel & have to say it is a great hotel. I can't comment on the bar or restaurant having not visited either, but I was put off by the prices of food when on business. Have used the gym both times I've stayed & this...

Nice hotel set in beautiful gardens, good drive from the main part of Tunbridge wells but overall nice location. Clean and good bar food and drinks. No air con in rooms and tv in colleagues rooms didn't work at all. Staff could be quite slow and a large conference was on in the hotel the second night of our stay...
