Very friendly welcome from Marion hotel owner who went thru everything and showed me to my room Told me wifi password and was interested in my reason for visiting Hull - to see The ELO Experience at City Hall. Very cosy comfortable room 7. I had my own bathroom - the toilet is next door but it is for your... More

This guest house is a great place to stay if you are visiting Hull. The staff are friendly and very helpful. The breakfast provided was very good, and was large enough that I didn't need to eat lunch at all during the 4 days that I stayed here. The room was clean and comfortable, and very quiet. The shared bathroom... More

Within walking distance of just about everything in the city centre this is a well located and reasonably priced B&B. Although it has "hotel" in its title it's not really a hotel, though I wouldn't mark it down for that. We paid £55 for a spacious en suite room with a double and single bed. Tea and coffee making facilities... More

The staff was a polite chap. The beds were comfortable. We used the family room it got a bit stuffy but this isn't the their fault as we had 3 adults and a child in the room and it was a hot night. Breakfast was tasty and filled us up and the chap was very attentive throughout the stay. All... More

We stayed in the Garden Mews Hotel because we couldn't get booked in anywhere else as it was the night of the Place des Anges and I have to say we had a very warm welcome. The place is very clean and comfortable and the breakfast was really good, we would definitely stay again.

My wife found this hotel for me and I was pleasantly surprised by my stay. The rooms are quiet and comfortable. They contain all you'd need, The only thing that could be added would be some sweeteners rather than brown and white sugar. The breakfast was first rate and included orange juice, cereal, toast, full English and a pot of... More

Stayed 1 night in the single room. Perfect for my needs and very reasonably priced. The couple who run the hotel are very friendly and couldn't do enough for me. Nice full English breakfast served exactly at the time requested to allow me to get on my way.

I was really impressed with this hotel -- reasonably priced, clean, comfortable and in a quiet street, while still being centrally situated and therefore within easy walking distance of shops and the train and bus stations. The hotel's owners, Marion and Steve are friendly, helpful and serve up a good breakfast. I shall certainly return when next I visit Hull.

Lovely B&B in great location, five minute walk to central Hull. Extremely friendly and helpful couple who run the Garden Mews Hotel - and after only a month of taking over, they are doing a wonderful job! Would recommend to friends touring with shows and staying in Hull, and will definitely choose to stay again myself!

I was in Hull with work at the New Theatre and came across this family run hotel. The service was great, the breakfast basic but lovely and generally felt very comfortable there and slept exceptionally well. Would certainly recommend to anyone visiting Hull for a budget but lovely stay, I will definitely be back.
