Beautiful setting, wonderful accommodation and fantastic hosts. Usually stay in hotels but this was a present from our daughter who had visited on a previous occasion. Immaculate rooms, lovely touches with port and delicious flapjacks. Wide range of cuisines and places to eat in Ambleside.
