Stayed for the night as a last minute decision. Lovely place, very clean room with a very comfy bed. Location ideal as its only a 2 minute walk into Keswick Town Centre and the view from the front is gorgeous. Only down side was the very noisy woman above our room (we were in room 3) who thought it accepstble...

We stayed for two nights and were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The room was comfortable, breakfast tasty and Paul was friendly and very helpful. If back in Keswick again we will definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 4 nights with my partner over the new year, was greeted by the friendly owner who ensured we had everything we needed upon arrival. We stayed in room 3 it was cosy, warm and clean with a very comfy bed. We did only pay for the small room and in hindsight knowing we would have all our walking...

Can't fault this place stopped here for 3 nights just after Christmas, perfect for Keswick, and most of the Lake District.... Clean, warm, breakfast great, hospitality brilliant, room very comfy.... If there was one thing, it's the parking, but everything else is so good, you tend to forget the slight problem parking, and it is slight.... 3 mins to Keswick...

This is our second visit to Babbling Brook. It is a wonderful B&B and ideally situated for walking into Keswick. The room was very comfortable and the breakfast delicious. We will definitely be back next year.

Recently stayed at the babbling brook B&B with my partner during our short visit to Keswick. Very friendly host with great dinner recommendations. Clean, warm room with comfy bed. Shared bathroom was clean. Breakfast was great. Easy walk into town. Pretty view of the stream from our window. Would definitely recommend this place to travelers.

Comfortable & clean with a lovely cooked breakfast. Great location & views from room 5. Bedroom spacious with use of shared bathroom across the landing. 5 minute walk into town. Owner Paul very friendly and knowledgable! Would recommend & stay again. Loved that we could book only one night opposed to most B&Bs in Keswick who impose a minimum 2...

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. Friendly welcoming and received some excellent recommendations for food. Comfortable, quiet room with WiFi and terrific breakfast. The best part was that we were within walking distance to anywhere we needed to go. Keswick was the most surprising destination on our trip! We were blown away by the beauty of the area...

Lovely central spot, about 5 minutes outside Keswick centre. Gorgeous view of the river outside our room, which was well worth the money! Staff were helpful with all questions we asked, and helpful with recommending places to eat. Breakfast was faultless, room was clean. No major complaints apart from the fact that the wifi signal wasn't great in our room...

The wifi works great throughout the entire house and no other guests have had any such issues. The problem probably is with the ipad itself as when I tryed to search it wasn't even picking up any of my neighbours wifi. Searched again with my phone and connected no problems !!
