Chris and Janet excel at hospitality! Lakeland view is located only a few minutes walk from keswick town centre. The rooms are lovely and cosy, even in the winter months, and the generous breakfast will set you up for whatever your day brings you. Although lakeland view is on a main road, you wouldn't know it as it's so peaceful...

With just 3 rooms this b and b is small enough to give the personal touch. Chris and Janet are very welcoming and knowledgable about the local area for walking and hostelries. Recommended the George for dinner and this too was superb. Cow pie to die for..local produce for a lovely breakfast as well. Will be visiting again highly recommended.

We enjoyed a most comfortable, peacefull, warm room and great breakfast ( could specify how many sausages, rashers of bacon etc required) that set us up for a great day. Parking space provided so no worries and the High...

Lakeland view is a lovely comfortable and clean b and b. Hosts Chris and Janet were the most friendly welcoming hosts we have met in the 30 years visiting the lakes. You chose what you wanted for breakfast the night before and cooked by Chris. Plenty of choice from cereal fruit juice and a choice of full English or lighter...

our son was visiting from overseas and we found this self catering accommodation to be perfect. At the back of the main house the apartment was accessed by a flight of stairs. It had a beautiful modern kitchen, bathroom lounge with TV and two bedrooms. We will definitely revisit when in the area.

Stayed here for 1 evening to take part in the long triathlon at the Keswick mountain festival in May 2016. Chris and Janet were very friendly and helpful.
