We spent three nights at Brundholme, using it as our base to explore the North Lakes. Our room was large, comfortable, quiet, and very clean. Less than a ten minute walk to the center of Keswick, the supermarket for provisions, or the lake. Best breakfasts we've had on our journey through the U.K. Private parking in the rear is a...

First time we have stayed at this B&B but hope it will not be the last. We received a very warm welcome from Barry and Alison who are very warm and friendly people and nothing is too much trouble. The location is ideal and just two minutes walk from the lake or shops in the centre of town. Room was...

This was our second visit to Brundholme and quite easily our favourite B and B in Keswick. Alison and Barry are great hosts and nothing is too much trouble for them. This visit we had the ground floor double room which has its own entrance as well as an inner door to breakfast room. Upstairs front rooms with a view...

We had a warm welcome on arrival from the owners and we were also pleasantly surprised to find how close to town the B&B is, literally 2 mins walk to the main drag. Breakfast (which is very good by the way) is served from 8 till 9.45 and was delicious with plenty of options in the continental or alternatively a...

The "Six Amigos" hillwalkers, comprising 5 Irish and 1 English spent the weekend at The Brundholme. I had organised the accommodation and therefore felt a slight responsibility on my shoulders. I needn't have worried. The welcome was warm and sincere, the rooms were super and the brealfast was better that many I have had in 4 star hotels. Brilliant!!

The Brundholme is an ideal place to stay. The location is central to the downtown area, the theater, and the lake boat docks. We were in room #1 which had a fabulous view of the mountains across the lake. Room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent!
