We booked late on the Saturday evening for the next day and had room 2 - a triple room on the first floor. Room was very comfortable, and most importantly, everything was clean and fresh. Bathroom is a little snug but perfectly adequate. Paul was very welcoming and helpful in recommending places to eat in Keswick. The best part was... More

Spent three nights here, greeted by Anne and Paul with a very warm welcome. We were shown to our room which had lovely decor and amenities and very comfortable. Breakfast was the best we have had, as we have stayed in many b&b's but this was a cut above the rest. Anne and Paul were very informative about the local... More

Some friends and I have just had a very pleasant stay in The Rowan Tree. Clean, tidy and nicely decorated with very comfy beds. Very handy for an evening stroll into Keswick center to eat. Fantastic breakfasts, they kept me going all day. Lovely hosts, I left something behind and they very kindly posted it on to me.
