With no doubs, this is one of the best b&b I have never been. The owners are incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious, clean and cozy. Great quality and variety of options for breakfast. Independently of the purpose of your visit, do not hesitate, book here.

From when we made our booking, to the welcome on our arrival and throughout our stay at Seven Oaks Iain and Sue could not have been more considerate and attentive! The room we stayed in is called 'Wainwright' and is spacious, light and airy with a large comfy bed and a well equipped en suite but it is all the...

My first time here and it was absolutely amazing. Sue and Iain are so friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The little touches throughout the whole stay were incredible, the room was immaculate (and cleaned each day we were there), and it's perfectly located for all things local. Now, let's mention the breakfasts! Honestly, the quality, the...

Having stayed at Seven Oaks twice before as a couple, once with the previous owners and a second with Sue and Iain, we wanted to bring our children along to experience our favourite place in Keswick. A mid-week Easter half term break was exactly what we needed and again it felt like home from home. Sue and Iain are equally...

We received a warm welcome from Sue and Iain who were more than happy to help with any questions we had on walks, restaurants etc. Breakfast was excellent with a fantastic choice and generous portions. Homemade cake in the afternoon was...

My family and I stayed at this B&B for a few nights in March. To say it was amazing is an understatement. The hosts will go out of their way to do literally anything for you. The breakfasts were simply delicious. The area has spectacular views and walking tracks/hikes and I hope to stay here again when I travel to...
