Great location just outside of Keswick, which was very busy. Stayed as I was running the Keswick half. Perfectly located if you have a car. Breakfast was really good and the room was spotless and cosy.
Lake view is situated about 5 mins outside of Keswick with magnificent views across the countryside to Derwentwater. The owners gave us a very warm welcome and we were extremely happy with the accomodation. The bedroom was large and comfortable with a lovely big bed....More

My wife and I spent 2 nights at this guest house in early September. We very much enjoyed our stay in the superior double room. This room has a nice view and a large bathroom. Owners are very friendly.
