I have been staying here for several years under the previous owners and it used to be very good. Since Ruth and James have taken over they have made improvements to the property, have developed a fantastic breakfast menu and have, of course added their own lovely personalities. It is, therefore, no longer very good - now it is simply...

The breakfast choice and quality is really good. It is literally 5-10 minute walk into the centre of Keswick and another 10-15 minutes and your on the Derwentwater lake front. We...

The rooms are very clean and spacious, with lots of extras including a coffee machine, which was great, and a large comfy bed. It was...

Ruth and James have a wonderful place, great location, the most comfortable bed, breakfasts that have to be seen to be believed. If this is a typical B and B ,I'm sure it has set a very high standard that others will find difficult to match, I am looking forward to visiting others

Breakfast choice is fantastic, and everything we had was fresh and tasty. Plus it is a very short walk to the centre of Keswick. Will definitely be back here again. Love...
