Just got back from a lovely week at Pea Top Cottage. Very clean and comfortable and friendly owners who were very helpful. Really appreciated the welcome pack of local bacon, eggs and red and white wine. It was lovely to come home to a warm cosy cottage after a day out walking. Our two Jack Russell's were welcome too and...

Stayed in this property in November 2016, it's was warm and cosy, well equipped and in a great location. If I had one criticism it would be a slightly more comfy sofa would be good, but as it was Nov I probably stayed in a bit more than I would if I was staying in the summer. A bit of...

We stayed in the self catering cottage. Joanna and David were very helpful and welcoming, even including a welcome pack for our great value weekend break. We'll definitely visit again. Lots to do in the surrounding area.

Just returned home from our second visit to the cottage at peatop farm. Loved every minute! It's just as good! My Favourite part is the welcome pack with fresh eggs from the owners hens. We visited centreparcs for the day(5mins away) and lowther hall which is a great day out(especially the rope swings) would recommend this place to anybody.

Stayed here last weekend for one night. We were met my David on arrival and shown to our room. The room was clean and very comfortable. We were asked what time we wanted breakfast and what we wanted. Breakfast was very nice the following morning although the tables were too close together which was a little uncomfortable. The owners were...

Hi, we were referred to this B and B by another Hotel that was full. The B and B is located In Culgaith, and a short walk to the river Eden. We were very surprised when we arrived there, and the pictures on their site don't do the B and B or the rooms any justice, and for the prices...

Many thanks for your review and photographs and you are right the televisions do need to be upgraded and we are looking into it, but as you say the television is not what you came for. It is a wonderful part of the country and we are very lucky to live here. Once again thank you for taking the time...
