We stayed here for one night whilst on a trip to Windermere. The guest house is in a great location with a reasonably priced car park just over the road.
Breakfast was fabulous and the room was lovely and immaculately clean.

Very pleased with our stay here, staff very helpful and friendly, no curfew, beds were comfortable and breakfast was great, 5 min walk to bars and restaurants, free parking outside if your lucky 🍀, we were.

Yes there are plenty of pubs turn right out of the guest house, at the end of the street is about 100 yards and you are then in the little hustle and bustle of the town with pubs, restaurants and cafes. The whole street is free parking if you can find a space, but also right opposite the guest house just get away is a paid car park if you're if you're using successful on the street. Keep checking the road outside and you'll probably then be able to get a space.
