Sophie and Julie were friendly and welcoming,my friend and I were very impressed with the B&B,spotlessly clean, very comfortable beds, and a good shower, which is rare in Blackpool, they are usually too hot,too cold,or the water just trickles out, excellent breakfast, first time we have stayed, but it won't be the last.

The room was a great size with a good size wardrobe. The shower is electric so no phaffing about with taps which is good for me because I often have to wear glasses into the shower to see what I'm doing so as not to get a hot or cold shock! The bed was comfortable and the pillow were good...

Having stayed at the hotel many times, it is always great to receive such a warm welcome. Being close to the seafront and town centre it is well located, for all amenities. The rooms are very clean and tidy being serviced on a daily basis. The breakfast is very good. Would recommend this hotel without any hesitation and look forward...

Stayed in Blackpool for the Rebellion Festival at this splendid little bed & breakfast. It is situated in a great quiet location yet its in easy walking distance of the main railway station, sea front and town centre. The owner Sophie is very obliging and friendly, down to earth and informative. My room and the establishment in general, was extremely...

I've only been to Blackpool once before and I can honestly say that the hotel totally made my trip. My sister always comes here and has often said how good it was. The girls at the hotel decorated for my sisters birthday and made us feel like we were in our own home. The bar area downstairs is lovely and...

The best bed and breakfast in Blackpool. The accommodation is a very high standard, clean and comfortable. Always made to feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble. Unless fully booked we wouldn't stay anywhere else.

Very welcoming. An information folder in the room gave lots of local advice on attractions, transport and numbers for emergencies, including the hotel number and mobile plus a map of the area. Sophie followed this up with the personal touch, taking time to ask about what we were expecting from our visit. As it was our first visit to Blackpool...

This house is lovely! And so are the two ladies, Sophie and Julie, who run it. The house is Victorian and there are many original features and beautiful pieces of furniture and ornaments in it. These add to the ambience and cosy feel of the place. I had a beautiful old gentleman's wardrobe in my room with tiny drawers and...

I stayed at this bed and breakfast in April 2016. I have stayed in other bed and breakfasts before but I was very impressed. It is very close to the promenade and central to everything. I really enjoyed the warmth and comfort of this establishment. The owners were very welcoming and friendly. Went to see Funny Girls just down the...
