Stayed for a long weekend and very happy with room and breakfast. Location right near attractions and town centre. Helpful staff on arrival and at breakfast. Will definitely stay here again. Lovely little bed and breakfast.

Great location just north of the north pier. This guest house is clean though slight more attention to detail is required in rooms as hair found on table and a small amount of dust also found. A continental breakfast is served between 9-9.30 it's not the best quality but served a purpose, however maybe this could be extended to an... More

My partner and I stayed for four nights, the owners were friendly, the room was spotlessly clean, with plenty of room for the two of us, crisp white linen plenty of plump pillows and comfy to sleep in.Great location for the town and seafront without it being too close so you can get disturbed by noise. The only thing that lets... Welcome and goodbyes were non existent.. room was clean but very small for a family room.. lovely view .. Breakfast was a joke, in fact its discusting that they have the audacity to put it out to their paying guests!! Guests were walking in and looking at it in disbelief.. Such a shame that the owners with this fabulously located... More

Saw ourselves up to our room with our luggage which was clean albeit very small for a family room. Continental breakfast only is served between 9-9:30am and is absolutely... More

We stayed here for one night. Its location is excellent, with a 2 minute walk to the beach, and a very short walk to the centre of things on the promenade. We got a very nice welcome, and were allowed to check in early. the owner was incredibly helpful when it came to parking too. The only thing I had... More

Cannot say anything bad about this guesthouse. From the first minute i found the owner very helpful in any questions asked and was only a ring on the bell away from this. The room i had was a front facing one on the first floor which the sea could be seen from. The bed was very comfy and plenty of... More
