We booked this hotel for our annual girls weekend last year. When we arrived on the 29th of August 2014 we found a skip outside. When we entered we found the hotel was being renovated by the new owners who also owned the hotel next door. We were instructed by the work men inside that we should speak to the...

Stayed at the hotel after being out booked from the Craig y Don hotel next door due to a "flood in one of the rooms" (yes that old chestnut!) and too be honest I'm glad, couldn't be more helpful and breakfast was just right. Only a few comments regarding the rooms, locks are pretty flimsy and fiddly to lock from...

on a recent business trip to Blackpool we stayed at the Colris International 2 nights. Even before staying Debbie phoned me to ensure room was suitable for my family needs, I was so impressed with this level of detail and attention. Both her and Brian were so helpful and made our stay most enjoyable. Most amazing breakfast very highly recommended....

Well we stayed her not so long ago and the room was horrible. .Things bad about the room? .Bedin was little dirty .Carpit was dirty (could of done with a clean) .It was dusty in the room (eg, TV remote, top of wardrob, top of door frame. .Bath was not like the lady said it was (her words was 'this...

Debbie and Brian made us all feel at home nothing was any bother we look forward to our next holiday.hotel was great bedroom lovely good breakfast also love the singing chef Brian in the morning.will recommend to more of our friends and family .

Debbie and Brian are very welcoming and will oblige Any reasonable request. They have a fabulous sense of humour and clearly are passionate about service and care. The room was clean, spacious newly refurbished with comfy beds. The view was fabulous, only slight grump about parking, which is on street only behind the hotel and being the only guests last...

Debbie the manager was very welcoming, good room size, everywhere clean, lovely filling breakfast, cereal, toast & full english, also a lovely seaview, everything we needed in our room, tea, coffee, sugar, cups & a kettle.Would be very happy to stay here again.

Taken over at start of season by Debbie & Brian. Very central which is great.Doing work upgrading which is obvious. Room great size and beds were ver comfortable. Breakfast is great choice and was looked after and offered more if was needed. Glad I have stayed at this gem on the front. Thanks gus for a lovely stay. :)

We booked the Colris International Hotel at the last minute for a big family trip to Blackpool for September Weekend (my husband and I, our children, their partners and our grandchildren) and admittedly when we read some of the previous reviews, we were a little apprehensive. However, these reviews were of course written prior to the refurbishment and management takeover...

this is the second time I have been to the colris,the transformation to the place is amazing,brian and Debbie are hard working and make the hotel a special place.that good I have booked up for Christmas and easter,u wont get better accommodation for the price you pay in blackpool
