Needed a room at short notice, great little hotel, comfortable, great service from the owners. Very near to the seafront and its amenities. Also close to the Pleasure Beach. Very helpful staff. Stayed at many more expensive, and yet poorer, hotels in Blackpool.

Not that it mattered during our visit. Rooms were ok. Ensuite double room...

The friendly welcome was still there, we had a standard room which was perfectly clean and adequate for us, and the breakfast was excellent as we have come...

Rooms are very clean and comfortable and the breakfasts are delicious. Ok it's at the south pier but a tram ride and you are in the town centre. Would recommend the Hawkes...
