You don't have to be a professional hotel inspector to understand the problems this hotel has. 1.Entrance is drab and dirty, especially the door glass, It gives the place a run down look, Not a good sign. it should be cleaned every day. Plus the carpet needs a deep cleaning. 2. The canteen is way to small for a hotel...

We have stayed here twice now, and both stays have been good value with a nice continental breakfast included. The hotel is in a really convenient location for the town, promenade, Tower and Winter Gardens with everything in walking distance. The rooms are kept clean, and both times three of us have shared a large room with a nice sea...

Outside the hotel needs an overhaul,it's in a great location though, it hasn't got a car park which isn't ideal, on my visit the receptionist gave me a room which already had a customer in there, felt embarrassed!

Dear Roxystar123, I'm sorry about the heating in the public areas. Storm Doris visited Blackpool a few weeks ago and lifted hundreds of slates off our roof. One of then was found imbedded in an Air conditioning unit (heat and cold) which basically wrecked it. We put hot air blowers in the café area as a temporary measure. The good...

Me and my boyfriend came for 1 night 12th march for my birthday. Great location and car parking decently priced. Only down fall for me was we had an extremely squeaky bed and there was a fan constantly on in the bathroom which was noisy.

Dear Rebecca H, Glad you enjoyed your stay Sorry about that squeaky bed. The beds are a feature of our brand and are very comfortable (very expensive ) and quite sturdy. The legs are steel and screw into the base so probably one is loose-I'll get maintenance to sort it The fans in the bathrooms are adjustable by rotating the...

Just visited for sat & sun night, The hotel is well placed walking distance to the station, looking over the central pier & close to the town. We had a great groom on the fourth floor. Enjoyed the continental breakfast, enough choice & all fresh. Great staff & a great location!!

This hotel benefits from probably the best staff in the world. Whilst the building itself is in need of some attention, this can easily be overlooked as every member of staff we dealt with went above and beyond, even going as far as to go out and buy free range eggs specially for my friend. On arrival our room was...

Stayed here with a group of friends for the weekend. The hotel is in a great location, close to the Winter Gardens, Blackpool Tower and only a short tram ride from the Pleasure Beach. Continental breakfast with plenty of choice, rooms spacious, modern shower facilities and helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again for a short break.
